CANCELLATION POLICY

TOLO CLEANING EXPRESS LLC

At Tolo Cleaning Express LLC, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness for both our customers and our team, the following Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings.

1. Cancellation Notice

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time.

2. Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee, depending on the circumstances and staff allocation.

4. No-Show Policy

If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the property, or if the customer is unavailable without prior notice, the appointment will be considered a No-Show and may be charged the full service amount.

5. Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule their appointment at no charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided and subject to availability.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Tolo Cleaning Express LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to:

Severe weather conditions
Staff illness or emergencies
Safety concerns
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, customers will be offered a new appointment date or a full refund of any prepaid amounts.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Deposits, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
