Welcome to Tolo Cleaning Express LLC. By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
Tolo Cleaning Express LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Service details, pricing, and availability may vary and are subject to change without notice.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Service dates and times are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, staff availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and service location information.
- Ensure safe access to the property.
- Secure pets, valuables, cash, jewelry, and fragile items before service begins.
- Inform us of any special cleaning requirements or hazards.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are provided before service whenever possible.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to charge additional fees for extra work requested outside the original service agreement.
- Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in a service charge.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We may, at our discretion, return to address the issue.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Tolo Cleaning Express LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by defective materials, improper installation, or poor maintenance.
- Any claim related to services provided must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Property Damage
If damage occurs during service, customers must notify us promptly. We will investigate all claims and determine appropriate action based on the circumstances.
9. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- Conditions are unsafe.
- There is harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward our staff.
- The property presents health or safety risks.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, business names, and materials associated with Tolo Cleaning Express LLC remain the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without written permission.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
